The US announces it will embrace a Palestinian state in the Name of “Peace and Security”!

For the first time, Washington has signaled that it open to Palestinian statehood!

On November 14, 2025, the United States took a historic and ominous step: it formally endorsed “a pathway to Palestinian self-determination and statehood,” joining Qatar, Egypt, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Pakistan, Jordan, and Turkey in a declaration that urges the UN to swiftly adopt a Security Council resolution that would effectively force the Two-State Solution on Israel.

A 15-member U.N. Security Council began negotiations on Nov. 7 on the draft, which would mandate Trump’s proposal for a “Board of Peace” transitional administration in Gaza to address issues including post-war reconstruction and economic recovery.

Trump’s 20-point plan includes a clause saying that if there were reforms within the Palestinian Authority, “the conditions may finally be in place for a credible pathway to Palestinian self-determination and statehood, which we recognize as the aspiration of the Palestinian people.”

According to Scripture though, such a move will not bring peace—but take peace from the land, just as the Second Seal of Revelation 6 declares.  Furthermore this will pave the way for the coming Time of Tribulation as even I Thessalonians 5:3 refers to the time when the Nations promote “Peace and Safety” bringing in the time of Tribulation…

For when they shall sayPeace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

And according to God’s covenant with Israel, the United States risks losing its national blessing by participating in the division of the land God calls His own (Leviticus 25:23; Joel 3:2).

1. The Prophetic Pattern: PEAce taken when the nations speak of peace

In Revelation 6:3–4, the Lamb opens the second seal:

“Another horse, fiery red, went out; and it was granted to the one who sat on it to take peace from the land, and that people should kill one another; and there was given to him a great sword.”

—Revelation 6:4

This rider is not merely bringing conflict; he is permitted to remove peace that already existed.

The prophetic pattern is unmistakable:

  • Human governments declare peace,
  • Israel is pressured to divide the land,
  • A false promise is made,
  • Suddenly, “peace is taken from the land.”

This is consistent with 1 Thessalonians 5:3:

“When they say, ‘Peace and safety!’ then sudden destruction comes upon them…”

In biblical prophecy, peace initiatives forced upon Israel by the nations are NEVER described as bringing peace.

Instead, they create instability, violence, and divine judgment.

The current U.S.-led effort fits this pattern exactly.

2. Why a Palestinian State Would ‘Take Peace From the Land’—Not Create It

Such a State Would Be Militarized, Not Peaceful

Based on the joint declaration and historical precedent, a Palestinian state would:

  • be militarized or quickly become so (as Gaza did after Israel’s withdrawal),
  • be aligned with armed factions (Hamas, Islamic Jihad, or their successors),
  • and be positioned inside Israel’s strategic heartland.

A state carved from Judea & Samaria (the “West Bank”) would overlook Israel’s:

  • international airport,
  • major population centers,
  • narrow 9–12-mile waistline.

Even former Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin—architect of Oslo—insisted Israel could never return to the pre-1967 lines because they were “indefensible.”

Yet the current proposal demands precisely that.

A state built on indefensible borders does not bring peace; it removes it.

The Proposal Envisions an Ethnically Cleansed State Without Jews

The proposed Palestinian state is described as:

  • exclusively Muslim in its capital,
  • free of Jewish communities,
  • free of Jewish civilian presence.
  • Israel, by contrast, remains religiously mixed and open.

Creating an ethnically cleansed state inside Israel’s Biblical heartland is not a plan for peace—it is the prelude to persecution and war.

Forcing a Two-State Solution Violates Oslo

The UN proposal violates the Oslo Accords, which require Judea and Samaria’s future to be decided only through:

“direct bilateral negotiations” between Israel and the Palestinians.

  • Imposing a state through the UN:
  • invalidates the entire peace framework,
  • rewards terrorism and international pressure,
  • delegitimizes Israel’s elected government.

Peace cannot be imposed through coercion or ultimatum.

Scripture affirms this repeatedly:

Peace comes from justice, truth, and righteousness—not from dividing the land (Isaiah 32:17).

3. The Covenant Warning: The Nations Are Judged for Dividing Israel’s Land

God states clearly that He will judge the nations that divide His land:

I will gather all nations…

to judgment…

on account of My people, My heritage Israel…

and they have divided up My land.”

—Joel 3:2

The covenant with Abraham is still active:

I will bless those who bless you,

and I will curse him who curses you.”

—Genesis 12:3

Supporting the division of the covenant land is not neutral.  It positions a nation in direct opposition to God’s stated decree.

4. The United States Risks Losing Its Blessing

Historically, when the U.S. has pressured Israel to divide land, major national crises have followed—often immediately.

But now the stakes are higher:

For the first time, the U.S. is endorsing a UN Security Council resolution to:

  • establish an International Force in Gaza,
  • pave the way for a Palestinian state,
  • and treat this outcome as certain.

This places America on the wrong side of:

  • Scripture (Joel 3, Genesis 12),
  • God’s covenant with Israel,
  • and prophetic destiny.

If the U.S. participates in dividing the land God calls His own, America risks stepping out from under the blessing that has historically protected it.

5. Why This Moment Matters Prophetically

Israel Is at the Center of End-Times Prophecy

All major prophetic events revolve around:

  1. Jerusalem,
  2. the land of Israel,
  3. and the nations pressuring Israel to surrender territory.

Zechariah 12:3 warns:

“I will make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all nations… all who burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces.”

A UN-imposed Palestinian state is precisely the kind of burden Zechariah described.

Peace Efforts Opposed to God’s Covenant Trigger Judgment

The nations will attempt to force peace by dividing Israel.

But Scripture says such peace is false:

  • Daniel 9:27 speaks of deceptive peace agreements.
  • Ezekiel 13:10 condemns false prophets who say “Peace!” when there is no peace.”
  • Revelation 6 warns of peace being taken—not given.

A Palestinian state fits this pattern of false peace that leads to sudden conflict.

The U.S., by endorsing this UN resolution, believes it is promoting peace… But biblically, prophetically, and geopolitically, it is doing the opposite.

It is aligning with a policy that:

  • removes peace,
  • endangers Israel’s existence,
  • violates God’s covenant promises,
  • and risks God’s blessing on the United States.

The Second Seal of Revelation warns that a global declaration of “peace” will actually take peace from the earth—especially from the land at the center of prophecy.

The nations can declare peace.
The diplomats can sign resolutions.
The governments can pressure Israel.

But only the Prince of Peace establishes true peace.

Any peace plan built on dividing the land God has covenanted to Israel will inevitably result in the very opposite of peace— both for Israel and for the nations that compel its division!
